@Au_Vic yes I agree, what I meant there was tuition fee is free but there will still be some materials and school fees to be paid around $300 to $1k lang yata per school year, rates depending on the school. Thanks

@kymme yung visa 489 diba both priority groups 3 and 4 pero til now parang nasa dec 13 pa yung last grant sa immi tracker. Dati in less than 60 days may grant na sa 489 ngayon parang ang tumal. Hehehe.. its my 60th day of waiting tomorrow. :-)
