@nanurze I guess its random as wala naman sa referees ko yung tinawagan or tried contacting. I have a friend though whose had the experience of being crosschecked with one of her referees.

@Loknoy21 walang pong difference ang processing times ng offshore and onshore. I lodged onshore last September and got CO contact 35 days later. Same as with the ones who lodged offshore. Some received DG and some CO contact.
