theres a form you have to submit.."change of circumstances" if im not mistaken..you better have it renewed and unform the CO of the passport details...usually migrant visa holders are exempted sa 6mos passport validity when going out of the countrie…

@redmartrichard we never know until you have your assessment result...pag nasa section 3 ang school mo, may possibility na yong bachelor degree mo is not equivalent to an australian bachelor degree, so mas mababa ang score na maclaim mo sa education…

@slamania102 depends on how long you stayed out of Australia. I supposed they allow up to a certain max number of days (total) within that 2 years..otherwise you have to delay

@jlexy if the main applicant is claiming points for english ability, the minimum is 7 (10 points)..the partner claiming points for partner skills should have min 6, all other dependents should have functional english(CEMI is enough)

Actually wala naman nakalagay na condition dyan sa visa mo na talagang don ka sa sponsoring state in two years..pwede ka naman talaga pumunta sa ibang state pero di natin alam baka may impact ito when you apply for citizenship

im sure di naman maganda na hihingi ka agad na marelease ng Victoria at saka di ka pa nga nakapag entry.ang labas nyan is parang ginawa mo lang silang way para makapasok ng Au and in fact nagagree ka don sa commitment to stay for 2 years

di macompensate yong benefits mo with a PR visa having a job with your current employet when you moved in on a 457 visa..with an australian employer overseas, may lamang ka na when you look for other employment here in Au

@didiadingtorno check www.border.gov.au, hanapin mo skilled occupations list kung nandon occupation ng applicant.. a relative can sponsor you for a 489 skilled designated area visa pero will go through the same process as the 189/190 skilled PR visas
