@rami Na-attach ko na kasi and di na pwede ma-remove. No issue naman sakin mag upload ng updated resume kaso di ko sure kung applicable dito sa case ko yung Form 1023. Technically, wala namang wrong answers sa resume nya, outdated lang.

@Superched Statutory declaration dapat gawa ng manager/supervisor mo. Yung iba sila na gumagawa tapos pinapasign na lang sa manager nila. Notarized din dapat.

@Superched Pwede rin daw ITR and SSS contributions/employment history based sa mga nabasa ko. Basta maprove lang na paid employment yung kini-claim mo ng points.
