I suggest wag ka muna mag lodge hanggat di mo alam yung gagawin sa wrong dates EOI mo, ask first sa mga agents or sa DHA mismo, kasi baka ma null yung ITA mo, sayang ang ibabayad mo sa lodgement. Good luck
