I think is not a letter of Good Conduct ... for Philippines you need NBI Clearance and for SG you need SG COC... You could check here.... Country-specific instructions on how to obtain a police clearance is at www.immi.gov.au/allforms/character…

@FlightOZ thanks sa feedback, i mean basically ang requirement talga is Clearance certificate diba? Police clearance is equivalent to Letter of Good conduct or vice versa?
