Hi zitrojam, our account is handled by Lorelei who is the office manager I think. Regarding their services I would say 7/10.. We started last 2009 but due to some challenges we stopped and pursue our OZ dreams last Dec 2014 only. My wife's case was complicated since she graduated as BS Accountancy and her job for the last 7 years was IT business Analyst. Anyway to cut the story short , right now I am satisfied with Respall's services I believed the total amount for their services is around AU$3k? which I think is fair enough. Medyo busy kasi kami and we don't like to make any mistakes sa application. Pero a lot of members here was granted visa on their own. Still it is up to you if you have a lot of time and tyaga sa pag read etc then go ahead.

@papajay07 merun naman naaprove pero mabagal and yung iba mabilis naman. Mahirap talaga tantyahin. Sa kabila forum pansin ko pag Indian na rereject and sponsorship request sa VIC after 10-12 weeks. Sobra tagal naman.

Thanks! @Envy May Agency po kami we decided to go 190 since iopen ko nga sa knila na instead mag antay kami July 1st why not apply for 190. Pero sa mga nababasa ko napa ka strict na din ng mga states.

@Envy hmmmm oo nga po... shoul I wait for July 1st para mag 189 or apply SS po kaya kasi ceiling na yung nominated skills namin for 189. Worry naman ako baka sa July 1 madami na magbago.
