@violet form80 is for personal particulars for assessment including character assessment. It's a 18 pages to fill up. It's asking for international travel/movements,employment history,education,Australian visa history and so on.

@violet yes nbi and form 80 po. I applied my nbi today and it will be released next week. Hopefully I can drop by to vfs makati to submit my nbi and form 80 before my cfo seminar para isang lakad na lang.

Just provide na lang kung ano ask ng embassy. U will always find a way just be patient to secure all the documents they need if u really want a visa grant.

@don2 Ohhh ur tv was granted, bakit kya ganun? Kc if they will grant na ur 309 they will cancel ur tv. Sometimes it's case to case basis as I'm following this forum u mentioned before that u got a phone interview which is unusual.
