@Hunter_08 take note also na hindi laging bukas ang skill sa isang state, once na fillup na nila ang quota nila, magsasarado na ang sponsorhip nila dun but it will re-open again maybe nxt yr or maybe never... kung kelan nila iopen ulit ang skill ay …
