guys sino my idea sa baggage requirement ng PAL for student visa holder? nalilito kasi ako. sabi 23 kgs lang. sabi dn ng iba 40 kgs.. which is which ba?? tnx 40kg are for first time migrants only... so I believe you are only allowed 23kg
