@ezela as far as i know, you can apply for PR as long as you get the required points. so i think, you may actually do that...apply for PR after your registration.

sa feb 2014 pa intake ko, so i was adviced to lodge anytime between september to october. but if july intake ka, you can go ahead and lodge na.

@amedina sis, i think i know why. IDP told me na if i lodge earlier, it still won't progress unless it's close to the commencement of classes na. earliest is 4 months before daw. you can lodge early, but they don't give you your visa early.
