I didnt need to. I have applied for a spouse visa and after a few months applied for a tourist visa and I didnt need a bond and got a TV grant.

@netzkeenet yes sis. There is a form that needs to be signed by the other parent that he/she is allowing the child to migrate to Australia. Need also ng ID nya such as passport/birth cert/drivers license. I submitted all those 3 IDS.
