thanks lock_code2004 sabi kasi ng agent ko, medyo alanganin nga yung seen and noted, kasi nakalagay sa site ng vetassess yung certified true copy of the original. kaya naghahanap ako ng iba pang pwede mga ctc ng docs. bakit kaya ayaw ng consulate…
