Hello po, balak po namin ng kaibigan ko na mag apply ng PR as Civil Engineer sa Australia. Kaso lang po yung experience is more on commercial side - materials take-off, costing and document submittals. Aside from that yung kaibigan ko is underboard. Pasok po ba ito sa Subclass 189?
