Ako po nag lodge lodge ako ng EOI using my old passport then sa Visa Lodgement eh yung new Passport na gamit ko, wala naman naging problema, need mo lang mag submit ng form sa CO to update yung passport mo.

pano kaya ung medical. ulet from scratch kung mag re create ng eoi? sana naman pwede i link @batchmate parang may nabasa ako ng 1year yan? or dahil cancel na yung TRN mo wala na din yung medical..... oo nga medyo mahal din yan.

@ipink sa National ID Docs, I put my Birth Cert and the NSO Registration# ;-) so far no question ask ;-) sa Propose Date of Arrival, you can leave if blank, pero ako ang nilagay ko Dec 2013 ;-)
