@sprggn automatic nmn ang points sa EOi.. So make sure na tama lang lahat ng details na enter mo.. Tama naman. Based sa post mo above.. Make sure din na sa summary ng EOi, it will reflect the correct points.. Double check before you submit.

@just_g29 - read you visa grant, kung may mga conditions ang secondary applicants/dependents.. kung walang conditions, hindi naman required na sabay sabay.. kailangan lang mag entry lahat before the IED deadline.. congrats..
