@merickboy i believe having friends/relatives in the same state is just a plus factor. Since may agent ka, I suggest ask mo din sya ano implications pag wala tlagang friends/relatives in that state na niaapplyan mo. Pero dapat walang issue yun

nov-dec 2013 got their grants na rin (mostly) i guess jan-feb 190s are on queue and be attended sooner or later.. @sonsi_03, ibig sabihin next ka na sana kmi nde abutin ng July, haha

@mikeloieuy you will need to know first the distinction between dyan sa 2 skills na nimention mo, then determine where your skills/experiences really fits. Yun assessment naman will actually be based on information you will give
