@sheryl0126 - regardless of age? ano yun sis hinintay mo ba matapos yung annulment? Is there a way for DIAC to check if the document is authentic? Di ba kasi dito sa pinas ang dali mag produce ng notarized statement?

so pag walang papers from the father, giving permission, nde pwedeng maisama ang bata? actually this is not my case, its for a friend.she was insisting that she can bring her kid, even when the annulment is on going.
