@mariem sis I think pag hiningi na lang ang form 815 tsaka ka mag upload..ang form 815 ay para sa may exposure TB. I agree na it's not like the form 80 na puede i front load..GSM Adelaide ka rin ba?

@jrgongon actually pasa naman ang 6 sa EA d b. Kung hindi ka naman happy sa score na binigay sayo at confident ka na dapat mas mataas ang score mo then mag pa remark ka, sa remarking ang main office sa Au ang magre rate sayo, so I think fair naman..

@jrgongon kami naglodge kahit wala pa health clearance, the following day health clearance provided na. Pero bago ko ginawa yan tumawag muna ako sa Nationwide kung cleared na at puede na maglodge.
