@Hunter_08 sa affidavit, dpt andun yung JD. Ayun nga yung rason bkt ka ng-affidavit kc wla sa COE eh.. hehehe... ok lng khit mamention ulit sa affidavit yung ibang info like employment date, worked as full time and position.

@Hunter_08 di ka pwd gumawa ng COE na gamit yung company letter head. kakahingi ko lng ng COE sa dti ntin company. Wla tlgang JD but they provided a certificate of explanation for not including JD. 2 binigay nila, COE and Certificate of Explanation.

@Hunter_08 COE is provided by your company. Since wlang JD, affidavit comes to play to complete the missing info. So ang ipapasa mo sa ACS yung COE mo na CTC then affidavit containing all the info including the JD.

@Hunter_08 manager mo ba yung upper next level mo? kung meron ka nman lead or senior lead na ngsusupervise sa yo. Sya na lng maging signatory ng gagawin mong affidavit.

@Hunter_08 ok lng yan bsta ensure mo lng lahat ng info required ng ACS nsa affidavit. Ang importante nman mapa-notaryo mo yung affidavit. Hingi ka na lng din ng photocopy ng any gov't id ng boss mo pra khit ikaw na lng mgpa-notaryo.

@solidjeff, no kailangan ng Lawyer na makita kung sino yung tao na nagsabi nun. Hahanapan sya ng identity card or sometimes proof na magka officemate nga kayo before. @legato09, so ibang proseso sya, di sya basta notary lng. salamat kabayan.
