@irl031816 visa lodgement sya need unless otherwise you're claiming for partner points, then you need to submit evidence of English proficiency (correct me if I'm wrong)

@markier87 ayun, according sa isang article na nabasa ko, DHA is hiring more case officers dahil sa backlog ng maraming cases. Kaya din siguro controlled ang invitations ngayon dahil wala silang enough manpower to handle cases.
