Hi Laisabel, ako po yung employer ko may office sa Adelaide and doon nila plano ako ilagay once my Visa is ok.

Ang problem ko I dont know how to start, my employer also will be their first time to hire overseas worker.

BTW, I have been working with them online for almost four years now and I told them my intention of being part of the company as regular employee and they agreed to absorb me and sponsor even my family.

Can you help me please, kaninong agency ba ko dapat lumapit?

@vincearcher23 Actually sa first steps wala ka pong gagawin. May mga requirement kasi ang immigration na ang employer ang gagalaw... they will have to justify hiring a foreign worker, post ads for the position and following certain criteria justify why no local worker can be hired. There are other requirements which is of no consequence to the visa applicant because it is between the employer and immigration. Once they have satisfied those requirements, they will lodge a sponsorship visa for you and will give you a TRN (transaction reference number) for you to lodge your counterpart application.

457 visa has been removed and replaced with TSS (482) and there are a lot of additional requirement and criteria, but I guess much of the procedure for the 457 has been retained.

It would also be much easier if your employer/sponsor can get a Philippine agency to handle the transaction so that you will not have problem with your exit from the Philippines due to additional requirement for direct-hired workers.

@vincearcher23 Para mas may idea ka sa requirements for both the employer and the applicant punta ka muna sa Department of Home Affairs website and hanapin mo yung TSS visa. May details ng requirements and yung process.

Thanks @maguero I already sent the links related to visa 457 to my employer.

I have another issue, I have a son that has Autism Disorder Spectrum. And base on my research Australia doesnt allow person with such disabilities to get a VISA. Will this affect my VISA application since I wanted to bring my family with me?

@vincearcher23 I have encountered some threads while doing research about medicals. Ive read in some forums that ASD can be a challenge esp for those applying for skilled migration. If your child is high functioning and goes to mainstream school and with less intervention then there might be a chance. Also since your visa is employer sponsored, if your employer will also sign a waiver and they will provide you with medical insurance then youre safe.
