di mo naman kailangan umuwi para i loged ang visa mo kahit sa US ka. Courier lang naman either DHL or US postal courier, Basta importante kung saan ka resident yung ang ilagay mo na address mo. I mean kung bakasyon ka lang dyan ilagay mo ang address mo sa pilipinas. Kung resident ka talaga dyan dapat dyan ang address mo.

pero pag paper application.. it will be sent via courier.. ung clinic din ang dapat gumawa nyan.. magiging invalid kasi pag ikaw ang nag send..
