Sponsor Parents (failed Balance of Family test)

Hello! I would like to get some ideas how I can sponsor my parents either temporarily/permanently in Australia besides as tourists. My dad is 54 y.o. and has been a Cook by profession for 20years. I have 2 siblings in the Phils and I am the only one living in Sydney as a PR and soon to be a citizen .From my understanding, we fail the parent visa because of the balance of family test.
With a working visa or skilled migrant visa, i dont think he will pass the age limit.

Hope to hear some inputs from you guys. I BELIEVE there is still another way.

    10|02|21 - Lodged 887 visa application
    June 2021 - First CPA subject passed
    Nov 2021 - 2nd CPA Subject passed
    June 2022 - 3rd and 4th CPA subject passed
    Nov 2022 - 5th subject passed (failed the other one)
    Feb 2023 - PR visa granted
    June 2023 - Officially a CPA Australia member.
    July 2023 - Purchased a land where to build our home

    New temporary sponsored parent visa will be implemented starting July 1 2017 with 5 years validity...still under discussion
