Same sex De Facto Visa

hersheythegreathersheythegreat PhilippinesPosts: 51Member
Good day, ask ko lang po if there's anyone here who's in a same sex relationship that applied for a de facto visa. My girlfriend and I have been living together for more than a year now. She's an interior designer, and ako naman po ay mag aaral ng Masters in Hospitality Management. Thank you!

@hersheythegreat you have to demonstrate that you are on a defacto relationship for minimum of 12months before applying for visa. If you are living together then you can provide bills address to both your names or rental agreements etcetera. :)

as long as ma-satisfy mo to, pwede kayong mag apply for de facto:

baka may opening for interior designer diba? atlis, separate ang application nyo at lesser worries yun sayo dahil talagang mag-aaral ka naman ng masters eh. kung confident naman kayo na maiproprovide nyo yan, go ahead, you can include her on your application.

@sir121212 as per my agent po (kokos) mas expensive daw if hiwalay si de facto and would require show money.

@sir121212 I have the same issue din. yung contract of lease namin is for a year lang validity. Pero I will try to consult yung magnnotaryo if pwede pa
