Hi, should I still put all my employment history for the last 10 yrs kahit na I WILL NOT be claiming points for it?

and if i will not be claiming points for it, should i just Indicate na NOT RELEVANT? (Although relevant siya pero d na ako mgcclaim ng points coz mahirap iprove kasi lang payslips, tax, etc kasi matagal na)
