Hi,
Good Day! Im an undergrad DOST scholar and applying for a Passport, ask lang po if possible n mclear yun s DoST after working for 5 years here in the Philippines? please help thanks in advance

Hello, yes ma-clear ka after you've worked the same amount of time you enjoyed your shcolarship. You can get a passport anytime though, kahit hindi pa tapos yung obligation mo. But you cannot fly out unless you post a bond I think
