kmi po nag lodge ng nomination ng Nov 15, 2021 at na approve ng Jan 18, 2022 considering almost 1 month Christmas and New year holidays. We lodge PR visa 186 during the Christmas vacation of IMMI (dec 22) and we receive their feedback by Jan 19 so i guys when they resumed office they processed our documents within 2weeks time.

Now, i submit po ulit nmin ung relevant docs that they need and pray for PR visa grant... God bless po!

Hi po, ano pong required score ng PTE for your daughter po? yugn daughter ko kasi is 21 but still studyig medtech here in Pinas.

30points lang po for all subject, my daughter is adult dependent (18yo) po, ang wife is the main applicant for 186.

Following din. Sa pagkakaalam ko 3 years ka sa company to get PR via 186 not sure if DE or transition or both. May nakausap ako before, she got sponsorship when the time na 2 years na siya sa company, then na grantan siya ng TSS 482 medium, then after a year she can now apply for 186 since pang 3rd year na niya.

ahh okay o, Salamat, we are thinking if our daughter who is 22 now is still considered adult dependent since she is still studying ( inabutan ng K12 sa Pinas nd still have 1 more year in her course in Medtech)

@happyfeet as far as we've researched po, 186 is different from 491. For employer-sponsored 186, you don't need to be nominated by the state anymore because the employer has already done it for you. This is as far as I understand my research po.

Question ko na lang din po, offshore po ba kayo? Is the sponsoring employer your current employer? We're actually considering this pathway din po kasi.

As I remember you just need the TRN of the employer nomination, di needed na approved na ang nomination but of course this is the risk of the process.

Nakapag-skills assessment na po kasi ako. Kaso lumipat po ako ng company (same job pa rin) after ng skills assessment ko, so bale di kasama yung current employer ko sa skills assessment ko.

If ever po ba na willing mag-sponsor yung current employer ko for 186 DE, kailangan po ba kasali yung current employer ko sa skills assessment ko? (Meaning, kailangan ko ulit magpa-skills assessment).

I don't think so, as long as you have a positive skills assessment i.e. your nominated occupation matches with the result of the assessment your application with at least 3 years of work experience credited should be good.

186 DE visa is open to offshore applicants so I don't think this would be a requirement at all. My opinion only.

1. advisable po bang magpa medical na in advance kahit wala pang Go signal tutal 1 year validity naman ang medical? mahirap po kasing kumuha ng schedule dito sa pinas?
2. How much po ang maximum amount na pwedeng i-remmit from AUD to PINAS?
3. How much pwedeng i-deposit na AUD Cash going to your perosnal online AUD Account?

Sa Western Union 5k pagkakatanda ko.

Question po, for PR Direct Entry stream, usually po, mga ilang months average ng approval or waiting time? sa Immi page is 3-6 months talaga.. pero in real life scenario, usually kayo po ilang months lang na aapprove na ang PR Visa after lodgment?

I am an offshore applicant of the SC186 DE visa. Now my employer (sponsor) has lodged their part for the nomination. Pwede po ba na maglodge na din ako ng visa application ko kahit wala pa ung result nung sa nomination ng employer ko from DOHA? .... thank you po sa sasagot

I am applying po for a 186 Visa at ung sponsor ko nakapaglodge na din ng end nila and nakuha ko na ang TRN though hindi pa na-approved.

When I am trying to lodge in and fill up forms muna may error na ganito

in relation po ba yan sa hindi pa na-approved na nomination?
or bug lang ng site?

hi po sana po my makatulong, I am Operations Manager po sa isang NDIS registered company in Melbourne, small company lang po siya and my employer wants to sponsor me Subclass 186 possible po ba yon, experience ko po bago maging Manager ay 8 years Accounting Manager sa isang Accounting firm sa Melbourne din po. Meron po ba income level bago nya ko ma sponsor. TIA

Is this your first time lodging a Visa application?
I'm assuming both you and your employer DIYed your applications, correct?

In my case kase (SC 186 DE), we did get an agent to process the application.
We didn't get any error like above, my agent submitted/lodged the applications for nomination and visa on the same day.

Hello @onieandres thanks for replying....Yes we are doing a DIY for the visa....
and I have progressed now with that error and it seems just an unresolved error according to DHA.

So it seems that the visa lodging can be made simultaneously right?
How many months did it take for the nomination approval?

i had my nomination and visa application done both at the same time... both have been approved just minutes away from each other, approved nomination, then visa approved po both on the same day

about lang po sana sa minimum 3 years work related experience sa nominated occupation.
Need po ba ito ipa-assess thru EA pa din? or can it be made lang thru dun sa visa application ung proof ng employment na area na may iaattach? TIA
