Certified true copy and reassessment

Hello po.

May mga questions po ako regarding sa certified true copy relating to visa application. Eto po 'yong scenario:

I recently received my visa status as refused so I am planning to go back to step 0 again - that is, pagpa-certify ng documents. The situation was 'yong pinaka-recent kong detailed COE has to reflect the last date of my work in my previous company. Nong nagpa-certify kasi ako, sometime October 2013 and submitted for ACS assessment, ang nakalagay sa latest company ko was from xx to October 2013 lang. Since I see na kailangan ko pa ng mas mataas na points for my working experience, plan ko is to update my detailed COE of my last company and reflect from xx to August 2014 then ipa-certify ko ulit. After that, magpapa-assess ulit ako sa ACS. With this, do I have to repeat again the same thing don sa ibang mga detailed COE - pa-certify ulit knowing that the dates in my letter head is nong 2013 pa and 'yong notary public na nag-certify ng papers ko had the expiry in his logo on the papers?

Hoping to be clarified on this matter. Appreciate your answers as well.

is your current company still the same with the company na pinaassess mo sa ACS?
if yes, based on reading on other forums, di na need ipaaassess ulit, you just need to submit
your updated employment cert, payslips, bank cert..
btw may i ask what is the reason for refusal?

@nhitzoney, na-refuse yung visa mo dahil nagkulang ka ng points? and gusto mong bumawi sa points for additional work exp?

if i understand your question correctly, ung company mo na dated Oct 2013 is present company diba? i think its better na kumuha ka ng bagong letter with current date. then the rest of the documents, no need na ipacertify uli.

ask ko lang if sa assesment.chinecheck pba nila yung company profile? Kasi yung need daw is 3 yrs working experience. E 3 years sana tlga ang working experience ko kasi nagpalit ng name yung company so ang lumalabas 2 yrs sa original name ng company and 1 yr sa new name ng company. ang balak ko sana is pakiusapan yung HR na sa dati nlng nilang name ng company ilagay yung 1 year ko. Kaso bka masilip ng Oz yung nagsara na yung company during that time na nilagay ko ung timeline ng experience ko.

If same company pa din, no need na kumuha ng bagong COE as long na naassess as skilled work yun then tama yung sabi nila sa taas na magbibigay lang ng latest payslip. This is the same as what I did. Nung nakuha ko assessment ko 7 yrs experience palang ako which is 10 points sa DIAC then nung nagpasa ako EOI, 8 yrs experience na ako which 15 points tapos ang prinovide ko lang na proof is yung old COE plus update payslip/tax receipt.

I highly suggest you file it as 2 separate companies since different name na. para safe at may peace of mind ka din pag nagpasa ka ng application, aalalahanin mo pa yan na baka madeny ka dahil sa balak mo gawin

company A = March 2005-April 2008 ( w/COE stating my previous salary,JD/fulltime) but wala na akong mahagilap n payslips,nung check ko yumg SSS contribution ko..ang nakalagay lng dun is May 2007-April 2008 lang ang my hulog )..pag eto e submit ko, hindi kay mgka problema? kasi yung ibang year wala akong contribution....huhuhu

Company B...walang problema...i have all the docs..
Q.1 : okey lng ba na yung payslips or ITR ko lng dito sa present employer ko ang e submit ko?..please advice

payslips are something na dagdag proof lang pero not required. Pwede ka naman magpasa ng COE lang, just take note na merong mga applicants na hinihingian ng payslips or tax certificate after. In my opinion, hindi ito masyadong concern basta meron kang ibang proof of employment siguro like nung naging regular employee or promotion letter. Anything na meron kayo to support yun, ibuhos niya na. hehe.

Para mas maging kampante ka, in my 8 years of experience na clinaim ko, yung last 2 years lang ang may payslip which is yung recent company ko lang then thun sa previous company, isang ITR lang for 1 year. Yung 1st company ko which is for a year, walang payslip or ITR, COE lang.

If ever hingan ka ng payslip, just tell the truth na wala ka na copy nun. If makakakuha ka pa kahit photocopy ng ITR, much better, tinatabi naman ng company to lagi.

pinuntahan ko yung last company ko..ask ko about dun sa ITR ang sabi, wala na dw cla ma provide kasi ang tagal2 na dw tapos yung accountant na incharge doon,,tagal na dw nag resign..whaaa...but they provide me everything doon sa COE.. sinabihan ako na gumawa nlng dw ako ng generic na payslips tas e certify nlng nla. hahay,,,bigyan tlga ako ng trabho...okey lng po ba yung training certificates maging proof din,?

Yung latest work experience ko ( 6years na ako dito, kompleto lahat ng docs ko...)..so eto sana yung plan ko na e submit pag ask ako ng mga proof of employment )

@chu_se how about bank statements? I submitted COE and bank statements only in one of my previous company

i suggest bigay mo lang lahat. hehe. ako nga inupload ko pa lahat ng binigay ko for assessment. haha. nothing to lose naman e. pwede mo naman pagsamasamahin yan sa isang pdf file. para di ka din magiisip during waiting period na dapat inupload mo yung ganito...
