@SHERNOF, hindi na po sila tumatanggap ng walk-in for SG Police Clearance. Online na po ang application. Nagfingerprint po at collection kasi ako kahapon at may nakita akong nagwalk-in. Sinabihan sya na online application na. So sayang oras nya pagpunta sa SG police.

Pero kung para sa fingerprinting para sa NBI , hindi ko lang po sure kung pwede walk in.

@SHERNOF Nung nag-appeal kami, the following day natanggap namin email of approval ng appeal (6:30PM). Then next step was apply for COC. Natanggap din namin yung email of approval ng application the following day (6:30pm). Tapos saka kmi ngbook ng fingerprinting at collection. Mabilis lang naman. One week at least. No weekends.

Hello ho,

May question o ako sa pag mail ng hardcopy ng fingerprints via LBC or DHL from pinas to SG (SPF). Ano hong nilagay nyong contact person sa SPF? kasi ayaw hong tanggapin ng LBC yung generic lang na contact like for example Singapore Police Force COC office kelangan daw nila ng name at contact number kahit na may address ng SPF COC office. Hndi ko pa ho natry sa DHL but in case ano po nilagay ninyo sa mga nag send ng hardcopy ng finger prints to Singapore Police Force?

Sa mga nasa pinas ho, makakapag request o kayo sa Makati Central Police Station ng hardcopy ng fingerprints in case kelangan nyo para masend sa SPF or Singapore Police Force. Mabilis lang ho

Here's the Lists ng submission namin:
Main Applicant: ITA, Marraige Cert, Passport, Medical Receipt, Tax assessment of SG
Dependent: ITA, EOI application, Medeical Receipt, Tax assessment SG, Passport.

The next day nakuha namin ung results ng appeal. Medyo mabagal na sila after namin maapprove, so ng followup call na ko. - (+65) 64358277 , kung may kakilala kayo sa sg, makisuyona lang kayo sa followup. kasi grabe sa 10 tawag ko 1 beses alng may sumagot, either walang sumasagot o voicemail. Iready mo na alng ung finger print impression niyo para pagka-approve ma-mail niyo agad. Or kung may kakilala kayo, mail niyo ung finger print impression niyo sa knya and authorization letter. may nakapgsabi kasi sakit pagmay ngdala ng finger print impression makukuha ang SGCOC the same day.

I just sent my hardcopy of fingerprints via DHL and they accepted to put the COC office and address then i used the COC hotline: 6435 8277 as contact number and I was informed that the document will be received usually in one day. Hope matanggap kaagad ng COC office yung docs ko hehe No need na for particular name of person. Sa LBC o kasi malapit sa amin nag require pa sila ng contact name at number para maproceed kahit na inexplain na sa knila na isesend sa mismong office and no particular contact person.

Anyway, heads up na lang o base from experience, in case kelangan nyong mag send ng docs abroad, so far DHL is better than LBC hehe Im not sure if depende lang sa staff but so far base sa mga nabasa ko din sa thread na to, they've used DHL.

hello @chimend03 salamat po sa sagot. bale nag reply na approve na ung e-Appeal namen kanina lang mga 7pm, nag follow-up e-mail kasi ako nung mga hapon around 2pm. then, nagbayad na din kami online. so wait muna kami ma-approve ulet ung eCOC naman, before mag-proceed to book finger printing appointment? bale andito naman kami ng wife ko sa SG, so baka derecho na cgro dun after ma-approve. salamat ng marami!

@haunter08 bro, ano yung inattach mong document sa e-Appeal..?

Hindi pa kasi ako nagla-lodge visa, kaya plan ko sanang i-attach yung entire application form sa SG Police website as proof na may invite?

Bale yun yung pwedeng i-print at the end of the application. Nandun lahat ng details at yung mga declaraions mo. Parang review page kumbaga.

@haunter08 yup wait for the email again before you book and appoinment for fingerprinting. Usually 1 day lng waiting time. Then mabilis lng process nila pagpunta namin dun prang 15 mins lng nakuha n namin coc.

@engineer20 may dependent ako bro. Dun sa electronic form for 190 application kasi pwede mo i-print at nandun dn name ng wife ko. Iniisip ko sana baka pwede yun doc na yun as proof.

Based dun sa timeline ni @haunter08, may dependent sya at nakapag request sya ng sg coc kht d pa sya naglolodge. So baka pwede?

Wife (dependent):
1. ITA

Then naglagay lang ako sa appeal plea for my wife ng simple letter like this:

To whom this may concern,

I want to appeal for Certificate of Clearance as required by the Australian Department of Interior and Border Protection for Skilled Migration Program.

Currently, my husband/de facto partner [FULL NAME] (primary applicant) received an invitation to apply for Visa sub­class 189/190 and I'm declared as his dependent in our application.

I have attached several documentary proof of my relation to him (Marriage Certificate) and the ITA letter from Australian DIBP.

@haunter08 thanks bro.. actually ready na rin yung appeal letter ko na parang ganyan eh hehe... Naisip ko nga sana i-attach na lang yung visa application form mismo kasi andun na yung name ng fiance ko.

Kelan nga pala yung nabook mong schedule? Hindi ba punuan?

@rich88 wala pa kami na book appointment, nagbayad pa lang kami ng COC fee kagabi. wait pa muna ma-approve ung e-COC, bago makapag book ng appointment.
