Double bedroom available near Adelaide CBD

I have a bedroom available in a cozy area near Adelaide CBD . It is located in a Gozone area. Near Coles and Woolworths

Also near a Roman Catholic Church. Nice and quiet place. 130 per week!!! for a single person with shared bills ( electricity, internet ). WATER IS
FREE OF CHARGE.

If couple it is 150 per week with the bills divided by 3
