CDR making ako ngayun, naka isang episode pa lang, sana makaabot pa habang d naabot ang seiling sa Engineering technologist,
positive outcoe muna sa EA ang goal ko, hehe

@MikeYanbu good thing tpos mo na hurdle sa English requirements. What do u mean MA? Nag work ako sa Jeddah dati. tpos naka punta din ng Yanbu ang layo dyan from city.

@PitMb yes. And most international exams has testing center also worldwide. Like CPA AU exams can be taken here as well.

@PitMb kabayan wag ka muna gumastos o mag commit sa migration agent hanggang d pa naayos ang iyong english competency at skills assessment masayang lang yan... usually wala sila magawa hanggat wala yang dalawang yan... basa basa ka lang sa mga thread kayanin mo yan kahit walang Migration Agent...

@batman already took the IELTS, took it twice though to get my desired points, i did not know that PTE exam is available here as well, if i have known before, should have gone to PTE instead of IELTS

@MikeYanbu check mo n lang email mo, send CDR, CPD and Summary.......ala pa ako grant, ITA pa lang...madali lang naman police clearance kumuha, 1 week lang....punta ka lang sa police station sabihin mo lang kuha ka ng clearance

@PitMb nag agent ka or sariling process/apply ka lang. diba need pa ng referral from PH embassy bago kuha ng PC ditto sa Saudi?

hello po magtatanong lang po kung paano po makakakuha ng police clearance ang husband ko jan sa Saudi ngwork po kasi siya jan ng 3yrs then lumipat na po siya dito sa Sg. @batman

@jhazz01 actually medyo mahirap kumuha kapag wala ka na sa KSA. need mo makipag ugnayan sa Saudi embassy kong san ka located now. hanapin ko yung thread na yun

@batman nag agent na ako pagkatapos kong kumuha ng assessment, medyo busy kasi lagi sa trabaho kaya di ko kayang asikasuhin lahat.........di mo na kailangan kumuha referral sa PH embassy, basta dala mo iqama mo yun lang naman hinahanap, marami na kami kumuha dito na mga kasama ko ginamit nila papuntang US at UK, wala naman hinanap na referral nung kumuha kami ng PC

@PitMb that's good to know. what year was that? kasi yung officemate ko. this year lang kumuha. may referral pa from the embassy, though pa exit sya nun. how much charge ni agent? cno agent mo?

@batman this year lang kumuha ng PC, last April, wala naman hininging referral, alam mo naman dito kung anu lang maisip nung kausap mo yun ang hinihingi....nasa OZ ang agent ko, thru referral lang din sa akin ng dati kong kasama, hiningan nya lang ako ng 20% of the visa cost

@PitMb ah okay. btw, isn't too early to get PC for you migration? I intend to get mine once I lodged the visa, kasi may expiration yun diba, im not sure if 6 months or 1 year.

@jhazz01 Hindi kasi concrete and procedure nila ditto sa saudi. as mention ni @PitMb kong ano lang maisipan nila, but the regular process is like this:

Procedure for obtaining a police clearance

If the applicant is still residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, he or she must:

(1) obtain from the Philippine embassy a Letter of Endorsement addressed to Saudi police authorities. To obtain this, please present to the Embassy a copy of your valid passport or residence permit (iqama), and pay the notarial/certification fee of SAR 100;

(2) bring the Letter of Endorsement to the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SMFA) for authentication. The SMFA’s authentication fee is SAR 30;

(3) present the Letter of Endorsement to the police station of the city district where the applicant resides. The applicant will be asked by Saudi police to fill-up a fingerprint card. The applicant should also be ready to present his or her residence permit (iqama) upon request.


If the applicant is no longer residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, he or she must:

(1) designate a representative residing in Saudi Arabia who will transact with the embassy and the Saudi authorities regarding the applicant’s Saudi police clearance. The embassy will only entertain or provide related services regarding applications for Saudi police clearance with the presence of a designated representative of the applicant, who will personally transact with the embassy and the Saudi authorities.

(2) send to his designated representative, not to the embassy, the following documents:
• A letter authorizing the designated representative to transact on behalf of the applicant;
• Duly-accomplished fingerprint card (with prints of all fingers) obtained through the relevant police authority of the country where the applicant is presently residing. If the applicant is in the Philippines, he or she should get a fingerprint card from the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) or the Philippine National Police (PNP);
• Photocopy of passport used while applicant was resident in Saudi Arabia clearly showing the applicant’s photo/data page and all issued visas;
• Copy of applicant’s Saudi residence permit (iqama);
• Two recently-taken 2” x 2” colored pictures with white background; and,
• Other relevant documents, if any, to support the application for police clearance.

Fees

Filipinos abroad seeking police clearances in Saudi must pay:
• a notarial fee of SAR 100 for the Embassy’s “Seen and Noted” stamp on the fingerprint card;
• authentication fee of SAR 30.00 for Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ authentication service, and
• the applicant’s designated representative should proceed to the Embassy and have the applicant’s fingerprint card stamped with “Seen and Noted.” The representative should also pay the notarial fee of SAR 100
• the designated representative should then proceed to the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs to have the fingerprint card authenticated. The representative should also pay the authentication fee of SAR 30.00 to the Saudi Ministry. Over the counter stamping / signature is done by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs within one day.

The designated representative will then proceed to the Dirah Police Headquarters in Riyadh. The designated representative should submit to police officials the fingerprint card. The representative should follow any further instructions by Saudi police officials.

The fingerprint card, with the Saudi police clearance in the form of a stamp stating, NO CRIMINAL RECORD, and signature, is usually issued by the Saudi police within a week. Once released, the representative should make arrangements to send the fingerprint card with the Saudi police clearance back to the applicant.

Applicants residing outside the Kingdom are reminded not to wire money to the Embassy nor send cash along with their documents via courier. The embassy said it will not entertain applicants who are abroad who do not have a designated representative residing in the Kingdom.

The embassy also stressed that the Philippine government is not obliged to assist a Filipino citizen in acquiring the citizenship of a foreign country.

@jhazz01 check mo yung post mo ni batman, kaya lang dito kasi saudi walang established na concrete system, minsan yung transaction mo nagdedepende sa mood ng kausap mo lalo na pag saudi......based on experience, may kasama ako dito dati na nagprocess papuntang canada bumalik pa sya dito sa saudi para lang kumuha ng PC, then after nung nakakuha na ng PC di nya na tinapos contract nya.........

@batman 1 year naman validity ng PC, kaya if you are planning to lodge within a year pwede ka na kumuha, baka kasi mamaya magiba na naman mood nila, kung anu ano na naman hingin ......

@PitMb cge kuha na kami habang di pa busy sa trabaho. san ba naka base ang initial date of entry sa AU once granted ng visa, sa medical or sa police/NBI clearance?

Glad to see some post na from saudi na nag aaply ng visa 189. I just want to know that it was possible. I have done it. I am working in MODA since 2010. Started my process since 2014. Just this month i have recieved my visa 189. Nag exit ako last january. But the effort was all worth it!
