China Police Clearance

Hello! Anyone here has tried to secure police clearance from China? Thanks! So far, parang dapat dumaan sa agency kaso maraming mixed review yung cn-visa.

We have same problem @kokomuz - pano kaya makakuha ng china police clearance? Dapat ba dumaan ng agency.

@contessa agency ata tlga. i tried availing services of an actual law firm in china (they specialise in immigration). quite expensive and then, turns out they hire an agency din as their runners. so i guess, diretso na lng sa agency para 1/3 the price

Ah ok po. Si hubby kasi worked in china for 2.5 yrs (2005-2007) sabi nung ex colleague nya (nasa australia na), if you left china for over 5yrs madedelete daw sa system yung record. How true is this?

Plano namin di nalang namin declare yung china experience since that was 9yrs ago and ang pinaka require sa assessment is "worked for at least 8yrs of the last 10yrs" although may gap dun sa career path nya since my previous job pa sya (2000- 2004)

hindi ba makaka apekto yung hindi namin sana pag declare ng china experience nya?
ung kasama nya sa work sa china hindi na rin daw nag declare kasi nga mahirap daw kumuha ng police clearance.

@contessa kelan nyo ba balak magapply ng visa kung sakali? kasi kung sa april 2017 pa di na kailangan ng police clearance from china. para sa akin not advisable na di ka magdeclare ng completed work history lalo na kung mahaba kasi sa Form 80 ilalagay mo ito unless gusto mong ideclare na unemployed during that period.

@engineer20 early next year (2017) pa po since ngayon pa kami gather ng docs for assessment. sguro by november maka submit na kami for assessment tpos mag hihintay pa ng 3-4 months for result din tsaka pa kami lodge ng EOi.

saan po ba makikita yang sinasabi nyong pag 2017 (10yrs i assumed) di na kailangan ng police clearance - just for reference.
