After bridging program to residency

I have plan of doing the bridging program in oz but what makes me worry is the probability of applying for PR after the program since business visa is only good for 3mons and i think Anmac assesment takes weeks..what are the ways to do while waiting for the PR that we dont need to go back to phils.or dont need to apply for studnt visa..what if i can not find job sponsorship immediately after the bridging..enlighten pls..thanks
