I hope this is the place to ask. I am new here. A friend of mine in Manila will have her bank foreclose on her house in January due to late payments issues of which i wont go into on here. She went to another bank to ask if she could borrow the money to pay the first bank off, And was told she doesnt earn enough wages for the payments. What i would like to know is am i allowed to have my name on the contract as well and help with the payments? What paperwork is involved? The bank she went to said no, But i am sure i can. Basically the house will be refinanced so she wont lose it.
Thanks. Johnbee03

Borrowing money from Peter to pay off what you owe from John is a bad idea hehe...
Ask the bank who will foreclose the property to restructure the loan...kung taghirap yung kaibigan niyo puwede siya humingi ng break from loan due to financial hardship....

Kailangan lang kausapin lagi yung bangko, basta usapang pera nakikinig lagi ang bangko hehe
