Need Advice in Withdrawing from Agency

Hi Guys,

I need to withdraw from my agent. They have not done anything for me. My wife and i felt we did all the work collated properly then tanggap lang sila.

How can i get my immiaccount from them?

Any takers? Or is it advisable to create a new immiaccount?

Pa help po.

hi @tesu , AIMS po here in Singapore. ok na po, nag create nalang ako ng skillselect account ko. hopefully everything will be ok.

@Kris_New tingin ko magkakaroon ka ng issue with agent mo, dahil may pinirmahan ka sa agent na form from DIBP. Okay lang naman kahit multiple EOI kaya pwedeng pwede ka magcreate ng EOI mo. Maraming tutulong dito sa pinoyau kung tungkol lang sa processing.

@dorbsdee, bro have not signed anything with them yet concerning sa DIBP. nasa skillselect stage pa kami, kaya the last thing i knew na pinirmahan ko for them aside from the contract was the CPA AU assigning them as my agent. Meron bhang ganun? sana wala, kausap ko naman yung MD nila kanina, so far sabi ko unfair sa akin, tanggap lang sila ng collated docs tapos wala man lang silang advice sa akin, tapos here i am and i paid them $4000 sgd so far. Nasayang tuloy yung pera sa wala. Sana maging ok lang.

parang ganun kasi pagkatanda ko last time na nagconsult ako sa MA dito sa pinas ang tanda ko may pipirmahan ka sa EOI stage, nov. 2015 pa kasi yun, di narin ako tumuloy dahil lahat ng sinabi saken nabasa ko na sa DIBP website tsaka sa EA at dito na rin sa forum. Anyway bro, kung wala mas okay. ang importante makatanggap ka invite now, then go ahead. goodluck...

The DIBP forms assigning or terminating the services of an agent are Forms 956 and 956A.

If your Agent is registered under OMARA in Australia, they are obliged to return any advanced payment. The refund amount would be stipulated under the Termination of Services clause in your contract.
