@maren1026 need lang ilagay sa visa application sa immi yung employment history for the past 10 years. sa Form 80 at 1221 naman ay mailalagay mo lahat ng work mo from the first to last one. upload ka na rin ng Form 815 at may primary complex pala si baby para iwas delay na rin sa grant. goodluck!

@baknir No need po. Referral letter lang po and passport sa Nationwide Makati. Plus optional yung downloadable forms from this site: http://makati.nhsiphilippines.com/. For St. Luke's Global, kelangan ng additional na 2 passport sized photos.

guys, sa mga nag upload ng form 80 at gumamit ng additional doc in reference to employment history, papano nyo ini upload sa immiaccount yung additional doc? Under what category? Same din if gumawa kayo ng excel file for International travel, saang category nyo sya nilagay? Hindi ko kase makita kung saan ko iupload yung mga additional docs na yun. Thanks in advance po sa sagot.

@romel78 Merong button dun sa ilalim ng listahan ng mga docs na naupload mo na "Attach more documents". Pindutin mo lang yun.. tapos pipili ka ng Attachment at Document Type. meron dun na "Form 80..."

Yung samin dun ko na din nilagay sa form 80 sa last page yung additional information. then scan as one file with signature. At least sama sama sya sa isang file lng.

@auitdreamer @rami Thanks. Nakita ko na yung category type ng form 80. Kaso ang problema me separate na file name ako para sa employment history at International travel. Gawin ko na lang cguro ng kagaya sa ginawa ni @rami. I add ko yung additional docs sa Form 80 na document.
Sa iba po ba ganon lang din ginawa nyo?

@romel78 Yup tama. Ang gawin mo Part T: Additional information sya tpos lagay mo anong question number nya... Tpos print scan together... so lalabas last page sya part din ng Part T

@romel78 You can also "print" or export the additional doc to pdf instead and then use just merge pdf. Maraming free websites that offer merge pdf kung wala kayong Adobe Acrobat.

Hello everyone! Question lang po, we submitted all our additional documents for visa application, like repeat Xray of my wife last January 9, Sa palagay nyo po, gaano sila katagal bumalik for visa grant. Mejo paranoid lang. hehe

Kuwento lang ako. And question Na din. I did my medical kanina. So ok naman. But when I was asked if I did drugs, Napa Amin ako. I said nung late 90s I tried smoking marijuana. They wrote it down. They said, wala naman Yun. Pero they have to send that sa embassy. Ok Lang Kaya Yun? O dilikado ako? Tas my wife, pinapabalik Nila for pregnancy test and mmr vaccine. Need ba talaga yung mmr vaccine? Some doctors Kasi don't suggest that Dahil 3 months ka Hindi Puwede mag pregnant if you take that. I guess malalaman Ko sa Thursday if ok Na. Naka agency din Kasi ako, so wala akong personal access sa results. My agency will update me

@xiaolico for drugs, I'm not sure what is the impact. Also, as what I read before for MMR, it's an option if you will have it.
Also, in terms of the result, you could check here: https://www.emedical.immi.gov.au/eMedUI/eMedicalClient given you have the HAP ID. In my opinion, marijuana shouldn't be a major issue. Other countries make it legal, unfortunately not in Aus... but then it could flush-out in your body in even less than 3-6months. Even in Form 26, wala namang field for marijuana/drugs afaik.

@Teng10 ok Na Siguro to. Sa site, nakalagay hap id and family name Lang I might be able to check using that Na. How long does it take to update ba? Two days? Or can I check by tom?
