Hello! Naka Student Visa po ako and alam ko po na 40 hours every fortnight po ang allowed. Kaka start ko lang mag work sa isang company na every fortnight ang sahuran. Tanong ko lang, pag dineclare ba sa tax eh, kung ilang hours ka din nag duty sa isang week or i dedeclare nalang sa kung anung total hours mo sa 2 weeks na yun? Pa help po. Thank You!

@RFrial Hi, may ibibigay yung company na group certificate bandang end of June dun bale magbibase. Ikaw ba gagawa? May mga taxation office na ang singil is $50. Since student visa ka makukuha mo halos lahat ng tax na binayad mo.

@Cassey mali ata yung pagka sabi ko sa post ko. Ang tanong ko dapat eh kung panu yung bilangan sa oras ng work. Kasi every fortnight yung bayaran. For example, sa 1st week 10 hours ako, sa 2nd week 20 hours. Yung declaration ba nila ng tax eh sa total hours na nang 2 weeks or every week paring naka declare yun?

@RFrial As long as hindi ka sosobra sa 40hrs every fortnight hindi mo mabibreach yung visa conditions mo not unless na nakaschool holiday ka (pwede kang magfulltime work). Wala akong nakitang number of hours worked sa tax return namin.. Nakalagay lang dun yung total tax withheld, gross payments... etc... Kailangan mo lang ideclare yung 2jobs na yun.

may isang trabaho pa kasi ako sana na papasukan which is 5 hours every week doon. Hindi ako sure baka ma breach ko yung visa ko. :-)
