    @ynnozki base sa MSA booklet titingnan nila yung work experience mo eh kung yung work experience mo is equivalent sa Proffessional engineer diba mas maganda?. sasabihin din nila sayo kung technologist o draughtperson ka after ng assessment kahit prof engineer ang apply mo.

    hello fellow engrs, my case is very thrilling.. EOI submitted with 60pts (32yrs old, 8+yrs work exp., Bachelor's degree and IELTS 6.0).

    I'm waiting for 6 invitation rounds, roughly 2.25months, prior turning 33 this coming 3rd week of November. How long does 60pts usually been invited?
    What are my options for State Sponsorship since i made only 6.0 ielts? The waiting period is short and i've been rattling myself up. When i turned 33, the only option for me would be re-taking ielts which will take longer and more difficult for me to make it pass.

    Hope someone could enlighten a back up plan.. TIA!

    naconfuse ako sa timeline nio. invited na ba kayo or waiting pa? kasi as of now WA lang ang open for sponsorship ng electronics engineer, which requires offer of employment. NSW will release its updated list on 1st of oct. As of now, asa NSW pa ung Electronics engr. i hv friends who have applied sa nsw with 60 points (min 6 in each band sa ielts), successful sponsorship, pero this was before they revamped the system. cguro if u want to apply sa nsw dapat maagap ka as soon as mag open ung system apply kn agad. else baka magclose within a few mins/ hour just like what happened nung 14 July.

    Hi! Good day!
    Anyone here who can give me idea if how much yung all in all fees na nirelease nyo. I'm a civil engineer.
    Also, usually gaano katagal inaabot ng processing?


    Engineers Australia Application fee is 635aud. prior to this kelangn mo mag ielts, not sure how much sa Pinas, pero sa SG 310 or 320sgd depende sa test centre. certification fees would depend sa dami ng pages ng documents mo (costs approx 2-10sgd per page), courier/ postal service then police and medical. Visa application fee would depend kung ilan kayong applicant. main app costs 3520, dependent over 18yrs old (spouse and or parent) is 1760 and for under 18 , its 880. Processing may take approx 8 -16 months. depende kung ganu ka katagal mag ayos ng requirements including IELTS and depende din sa case officer ganu katagal maglabas ng decision sa application mo. 8 months ang fastest possible in my opinion, that is if organised ang documents mo and walang additional requirements ang case officer.

    hello mga fellow engineers! tanong lang po if you want to work as CE dito sa Oz need pa ba mag schooling par qualified? Or ok na uni graduate ka and you have tons of experiences sa engineering? Thanks po.

    @piglet24 hello...mas okay kung makakapunta ka dito sa Oz na may naghihintay nang work sayo...pero pag wala pa at dito ka maghahanap ng work e marami sila minsan hinahanap na certificates...though meron rin naman mga company na naghihire kahit walang certs from here...check mo sa mga job ads thru seek, ung iba e may mga certificates na hinahanap na acquired here in Oz...

    Hi, pano po kung over 50 na ung age nung engineer? Kasi po ung tatay ko dito sa phil e ECE sa isang semicon. Kaso sobrang salbahe ng mga amo gusto nyang magtry sa australia. 53 years old na po sya.

    30 years mahigit na po ang experience nya sa semicon. production supervisor po sya. bale ung mga makina ng semicon sila nagrerepair at nagpapatakbo.

    Not true. i know a few PRs offshore ininterview by skype/phone. then they were asked na mag final interview sa au, kasabay job offer na. meron din ako friend (not a pr nor work visa holder) na recruit from SG then nirelocate sa perth.

    unfortunately, may age limit ang skilled migration sa au, an applicant has to be under 50. pero may ibang visa, like employer sponsored or student visa, pede nia itry.

    here is my breakdown of cost

    EA assessment: 1.1K sgd
    IELTS: 320 sgd
    CTC: sa pinas ko pinagawa. free. friend ng mom ko un lawyer
    Visa fee: 7.560K sgd..
    Medical: 500sgd

    wait ko pa ielts results para mkapag submit eoi. :)
