    @rareking You are right, i have the same NBI cert. I also have supporting documents uploaded which is marriage cert., birth cert. What will i reply to the CO?

    @eduman - try ko muna option 1 kung ako sa iyo...

    option#1 - simpleng diskarte mode - carefully explain to CO na iisalang yung passport holder at yung nasa NBI certificate tapos resend mo yung birth cert at marriage cert ng asawa mo. explain na ganun talaga naming sa NBI natin (na di sinusundan ang passport name).

    option#2 - sigurista mode --- kung nasa pinas ka or may ways to get it --- I think get a Notary / Lawyer / NBI Certification na iisa lang yung nasa NBI at yung passport holder.

    God bless.... technicality lang ito, hindi issue... palagay ko malapit ka na.. hope nakatulong ako...

    @DaddyMataba suggest you go for your medicals na and process other docs if wala pa like nbi / police clearance from countries that you have stayed for more than 12 months.

    @eduman maiden name yung sa nbi ng wife ko. wala naman naging issue kay co. dun sa lodgement ng application at form 1221 meron dun option to indicate other names / aliasses. dun nakalagay ung complete maiden name ng wife ko. frontloaded din yung marriage cert from cthall and civil registrars office.

    @eduman sir baka pwede sabihin mo kay CO na format talaga ng NBI ang gagamitin ay Maiden name for married females kaya may section dun sa NBI "Husband's Surname" para indicate ang last name once married. Just my two cents.

    @rareking nag option 1 ako. Told the CO that NBI has only one format in giving the clearance to a married female and added links to the application forms of NBI. Attached din yung NBI clearance of my wife. Sana oks na yun.

    Congrats @lemoneestar. Pansin ko lang almost 8 weeks lahat ng nadidirect grant. Set your calendar. If lumagpas ng 8 weeks means di DG. lol. :)

I also would like to thank Mark and his wife that I met sa Westfield sa Sydney 2 yrs ago with my grandmom..Sila yung nagsabi sakin ng website na to.. sabi nila na di na need ng migration agent bcoz of this forum and they are right! Our initial entry date is Sept. 25, 2015..
