@ImB hello po. pwede mag ask kung anong docs exactly ang pinasa mo sa CPAA. kasi doon po ako naguluhan sa Transcript kung kailangan bah talaga nang syllabus/course outline pag ang school hindi under sa mga list nla. At saka yon po bah nka red ribbon na transcript ang pinasa mo? how about po sa PRC thing? ano po ang binigay niyo sa kanila? ang certificate po lng bah? how about ang result?

Currently nag IELTS review palang po ako. Balak ko po kasi mga direct kasi masyado mahal ang agency talaga prang hindi kaya sa budget.

Hello, paano pala mag-edit ng na-upload na document? Ang nakasulat na lang kasi dun, Received, tapos wala na option to delete the attachment.

We passed a syllabus (roughly more than 100 pages in total) that was certified as true copy - apart from this, we also sent out a copy of the transcript of records, also CTC. And university diploma, we sent that out as well.

No PRC docs were sent out, di naman ito recognise eh...

@jigsbugs hi, ganto rin yung pinasa ko sa CPAA kaparis nung kila @TasBufffoot, except dun sa 100 pages na syllabus hehehe. Instead of syllabus kasi, subject description ang pinasa ko galing sa school namin, listahan sya ng mga accounting subjects na kinuha ko with short descrptions.

Oo, yung me red ribbon yung pinasa ko sa kanila. Pinasa ko din yung CPA ceritificate ko. Yung CPA license hindi na since matagal na sya expired.

Kaya mo yan kahit walang agency, ask ka lang dito pag me tanong ka

Hi, I am currently on a 457 visa and just lodged my 189 visa application yesterday. In the e-Visa form, I stated that my wife and I completed a health check within the last 12 months (Chest X-ray exam only last October 2014 completed for 457 visa app). In my IMMI account, there is no link to organising my health examinations and have this message instead:

Meeting the health requirement
This person may be required to undergo health examinations as part of this visa application process. The message on this page should continue to be monitored for any updates.

However, in my wife's/dependant applicant's section, a link has been included for organising health examinations.

Question is, should we both wait for CO's advise on which (additional) health examinations to undertake and if we can re-use chest x-ray exam results? Or should my wife go ahead and arrange her health exams through the link provided?

if mismong CO ang nag-request sayo, I believe you have to respond (e.g. provide the results or at least an evidence that obtaining of the PCCs is in-progress) within 28 days, I believe..

Pero kung wala ka pang CO, wala namang deadline, you may process the PCC and Medical as you please... pero mas maganda syempre kung matapos mo na agad para rereviewhin nlng kapag may CO ka na..

Hi guys,

Accomplished na po ang IELTS and Skills assessment ko. Im planning to apply for visa 190 for NSW. However, wala pa po yung occupation ko sa list ng opening sa NSW. Pwede na po ba ako gumawa ng EOI just in case magopen na yung job para makapasa agad ako? Also, do you know how often nag uupdate ng Occupation list ang mga states? Last yr kasi July eh. kapag submitted na un status sa immi account ng application ng visa, mga ilang days po ba usually bago maging 'In progress' para makapag upload na ng attachment?

@wizardofOz iba yun case namin,kasi pag lodge ko kagabi after namin mag bayad, incomplete un status. This morning "submitted" na siya pero pag click ko nun reference number bumabalik siya sa application summary at d ko nakikita yun attachment screen.

Ang ginawa ko sinubmit ko uli tapos sabay error na my payment na raw kami.pag refresh ko nun screen, ayun nakita ko na yun attachment scree at ready to upload na!

Question po:
I have completed my ACS assessment and IELTS na. Total points is 60 including SS. Gusto ko po sana mag submit ng EOI for NSW but my nominated occup is not on the list pa. I asked NSW kung possible ba na mag apply kahit wala pa opening. Here's what they told me:

"If you do not meet NSW selection eligibility criteria, such as not having an occupation on the NSW Skilled Occupation List, your EOI will not be able to be considered for selection for the current Feb-June 2015 selection intake. However, it will remain in SkillSelect and can be considered for future intakes if your occupation is put back onto the list."

DO you guys think na ok na magsubmit na ko ng EOI or wait ko mag open muna ang occupation ko? Also, may bayad po ba magsubmit ng EOI?

@AspireAU21 I could only provide an opinion from Visa 189 standpoint and based lang sa konti kong nalalaman about visa 190...

Walang bayad ang EOI

The hierarchy in terms of invitation (assuming your Occupation is in the SOL/CSOL) are as follows:

1st EOI with greater than 60 pts
2nd EOI with 60 pts from the ones with the earliest date of effect

Date of effect means, kung kelan ka nag-submit ng EOI and kung kelan mo na-achieve yung points that you are claiming… meaning including points you’ve claimed from SS.

Right now, basically wala kapa nakukuhang State Sponsorship from NSW or any State.. tama ba ko?

@wizardofOz Yes sa ngayon 55pts pa lang ako but since sa EOI for 190, inassume na nila ang SS, 60pts na ko. Sabi ng ibang members sa ibang thread, kung sila daw ako, mag submit ng EOI. So baka yun na nga gawin ko para once mg open na ang occupaion ko ay pwede na maconsider. Pag nagsubmit ng EOI, dapat na po ba upload ang required docs? Kelan po magbabayad? Thanks sa reply! I probably dont fully understand your motivation of submitting an EOI eventhough you still have not received a State Sponsorship...

If the intake for your Nom Occ opens-up eventually, I also dont know the consequences that in your EOI now you've already claimed points for SS that in reality is not yet there...

Baka may technicalities na masilip ang CO na you mis-claimed informations in your EOI and maging cause pa yan ng visa denial..

I would not submit any EOI if the points that I am not claiming there does not exists

But its up to you, baka di ko lang gets ang case mo.. I only wish you the best!

@wizardofOz nagchange po kasi ng process since Feb 2015. You first submit an EOI and the state will select you kung ok ang points mo. So sa EOI, aassume na nila na may 5pts ka for SS. Nakalagay din yun sa point breakdown. HEre is the new process po:

Sa mga nagpa assess sa CPAA, saan nyo po ni-upload yung assessment nila ng work exp nyo?

Duon ba sa Work Experience, Evidence of or dun sa Qualifications, Overseas Evidence of?

Nalilito kasi ko yung assessment nila ng qualification ko ni-upload ko na sa Qualifications, Overseas kaya iniisip ko na yung assessment nila sa work exp eh sa Work Exp naman iuupload.
