    @smile22 ma'am good day po.

about dun sa mga tanong nyo sa taas:

60 points lang po yung cut-off, hindi 65. pero mas madali mainvite kapag mas mataas yung points.

as far as i know, pwede mauna dun kahit secondary applicant. kailangan lang maginitial entry yung all applicants sa australia para maactivate yung visa, usually a year after ma grant yung visa yung dead line, kahit hindi sabay sabay.

    Question po regarding visa lodgement.

Page 15 "Previous countries of residence" kung ang usual country of residence ko eh UAE/Dubai, ang ilalagay ko dito eh Philippines right? Tapos ang date na ilalagay ko eh since pinanganak ako up to magpunta ko ng Dubai?
yes po for both Questions :)

Hi guys, newbie here. I'm beginning my plan/research phase regarding Gen. Skilled Migration. I am an rf engineer (BSECE Grad) and my profession falls under telecommunications engineer /telecommunications network engineer on SOL.

My question is, should i go to VETASSESS or EA for my assessment? What are the main difference? Advantages or disadvantages of both ways if there is.. Salamat!

Hi! I need help, when I was filling up my visa application I noticed that I only indicated my positions in the EOI in slash (such as Legal Officer I/Legal Officer II) and then my employer and the period...Is that okay? or do I need to add another Item for the Legal Officer II...I am actually performing the same functions, it is just that I was promoted but no major change in functions...Would it affect my EOI declarations? Thanks. Really need help.

if the tasks are the same, no need to add another field. just put the overall employment dates for both positions.

Only EA is in-charge for Engineer skills assessment. therefore, you should go through IEA.

    Hello peeps,

May queston ako sa Page 13 ng visa application. Dun sa Employment History. Paano nyo sinabi na currently employed pa dun sa company na yun? Kasi dun sa dates, kailangan mag specify na ng Date from and Date to nung employment. Current date na lang ba ilagay dun sa Date to? Ayaw naman pumayag na blank na lang yun to signify na currently employed pa.

    Thanks in advance :)

One more question pala, kasi yung invitation ko is about to expire sa March 10. Dapat ba ma-complete lahat including medical and docs by March 10? Or pwede yng online visa app muna then submit later yung mga docs and medical?

May nagpa-medical ba sa may Makati area? Anong clinic po? Mabilis po ba lumabas ang results?

    Thanks uli :)

First step is to apply for skills assessment. For Software engineer Australian Computer Society (ACS) is incharge. ACS does not require IELTS so pwede ka magproceed ng skills assessment without taking the IELTS unlike pag Engineers Australia they require a min score of 6 in each component for the IELTS.

    Hello,

Just want to ask, me (BS civil engineer working as quantity surveyor) & my wife (accounting auditor) are planning to apply for subclass 189 skilled independent.

If i apply po namin wife ko as main applicant and me as dependent, ask ko lang need ko pa ba magpa skilled assessment and mag ielts?

    Thank you in advance
kung secondary applicant ka lang and ur not claiming points for partner skills, no need kana mag IELTS. just get a letter from your Univ. na english ung medium of instruction

Ask ko lang po if what part po ba ang payment? Kasi I've read na almost 200K ang out ng money with 2 dependents. I just want to be sure lang po na in case there's a mistake along the way, or di ma-grant, will the money be refunded?

@anncardy7 everything is available online po. Here's what's DIBP says about refunds:

Will I get a refund if I withdraw my visa application?
Your visa application charge will be refunded if:

your application was unnecessary at the time it was made
your application is made because of a mistake made by us
the applicant dies before a decision is made.
You might also be given a refund if your visa application is made by mistake, for example if you apply for the wrong type of visa. You should ask for a refund in your withdrawal letter.

You will not be given a refund if you:

change your mind about continuing the application
do not satisfy a criterion for visa grant
claim it was a mistake to have applied because your visa application was unsuccessful (that is, you state that you would never have applied for this visa had you known your application would not be successful)
believe after your visa application was unsuccessful that you applied for the wrong class of visa
