It's a single room in a 3 bedroom homette, shared with a nice couple in our 30s without children.

You will have your own furnished room and use of own toilet and shower plus use of all living areas.
We have our own ensuite in the master bedroom, so we won't share toilet and shower with you.

Close to bus stop at anzac hi-way 300m, and 600m to the tram to city.
Very close to the beautiful Glenelg beach.

$140 for single person includes all bills and unlimited internet.
