@drnc_13 Hindi ka makakapaglodge nung 457 without having proper docs like registration, etc. Usually naman, natatapos yung studies more or less 2mos bago magexpire yung visa so may chance ka pang maghanap ng magsponsor sayo. Kung hindi ka makahanap ng sponsor, pwede kang magenrol ng panibagong course if you intend to stay here. Panibagong visa uli basta walang “no further stay clause” yung prior visa mo.
You can probably try to apply and see how you go, baka may matsambahan kang employer who’s willing to wait until your registered.

@Cassey pag 6mos student visa is 6mos sakto aral po dba so after dat po saka palang magaapply for registration then wait again bago ka makaapply for work. so after 6mos klngan umuwi wait for ahpra registration then saka apply. ganon po?

@drnc_13 Hindi saktong 6mos. It’s a case to case basis, madalas natatapos siya before yung sinabing time. Tsaka ang immigration usually yung visa may extrang 2mos after the course.

@drnc_13 sorry now lang nakareply, yung sa SCU 15weeks lang sya kaya you have ample time to find an employer. Yun nga lang swertihan rin. After bridging kasi aayusin paun sa AHPRA, so may mga 2months kapa para maghanap ng employer na mag aassist for sponsorship visa. Yan plan kong gawin.

Kung want mo naman business visa, pwede atang after mo umuwi dito, bumalik ka dun kasi 1yr multiple entry yun. So pagbalik mo may 3 months ka ulit, you can use it to find an employer instead of waiting for PR gratification while staying in the PH. Downside ng business visa, bawal kang magwork, solely maghahanap kalang ng employer during your second time na stay sa Aus.

@Cassey good day po. Ask ko lang po kasi isa mga reqts sa ahpra application is yung agos form may babayaran po dun for application, assesment and etc. San po yun babayaran?salamat po.

@marcopolo so almost 4mos po ung aral?kc tnanng k sa aecc sbi nla saktong 6mos aral so no choice uuwi.so may 2 mos ka po maghntay ng aphra registration at mghnap ng employer?enough po ba ung 2 months time na un para magka ahpra registration at mkaprocess ng work visa from an employer? may 1yr multiple visa po ang bridging na business visa? may ganon pla?

@audreamer05 Hi, you can always inquire. I’m not sure though if they can give you an outright answer since they normally need to see your papers. Are you an RN in Sg? When you say Diploma, did that lead to your registration as a Nurse in Sg?

@iamyourangel08 Pwede kang magpagawa ng Stat Dec and from what I’ve heard yung iba kumukuha ng testimonies ng kanilang dating coworkers. Provide evidences like payslips, ITR, contributions, etc.

@drnc_13 yup 1year multiple entry yung business visa pero 3months ng 3months kalang pwedeng magstay without working priviledges. Clarify mo nalang din sa agency para sure. Yung SCU, stated lang na 6 months sa site nila pero if you check it clearly or ask them it's only 15weeks all in all. Swertihan din sa sponsor kung makakahanap ka e, pero marami daw nakakakuha.

Hello po @Cassey May tanong po ako. I've already sent sa AhPra yung COGS ko from prc. May license ako as nurse in Kuwait, do i need to secure another COGS from their Ministry and send it to AHPRA? Kasi dba po need na yung COGS is directly sent from office to office like prc to ahpra eh wala na po kasi ako sa Kuwaig dito na po ako sa Pinas and I tried to contact my previous employer kaso di daw alam nung Ministry nila (prc satin) about ahpra.

@nanurze Hi, yes. Kung dineclare mo yung sa Kuwait then you need to provide COGS. I’ve read this somewhere hope this helps. I don’t know how accurate though.

There’s a licensing department in Salmiya where you’ll pay for 2KD stamp & you will get a good standing certificate.

@marcopolo another bayad ulit ung multiple entry visa ng after bp sympre. ehhehe ang concern ko lng sa 6mos kc kng after 15 weeks at before mtapos ang 6mos eh marelease agad ung ahpra then another waiting for work visa incase may magsponsor. mgkano pla ung tuition sa scu? kc kng gnun kkunin ko ung hubby ko pra may ksma ako ngwwork, dba pwd? kaso pg willing to sponsor din ung facility for work visa pwd din syang dependent bav

Share ko lang experience ko...

While doing the clinicals of the BP scout na ako ng mga prospective employers... empre kasama na yung kung saan ako nag clinical. Sent my cv and indicated na taking BP. Swerte naman meron na nag-offer although sabi saken nung agent very rare daw yun na mag offer ng employment at sponsorship na wala pang AHPRA registration.

So habang nasa BP pa lang, it won't hurt to be forwarding your resumes na. Siguro nakikita naman nila na bihira ang di pumapasa sa BP...

kelan ka po nag-exit sa Kuwait? Di ko sure kung pareho sila ng Saudi na di na nagbibigay ng COGS pag expired na ang license mo sa kanila... which is procedurally correct naman... paano ka in good standing kung wala ka ng license.

Assuming na expired na nga license mo... baka nakakuha ka ng COGS bago mag-exit. From there pwede ka nang gumawa ng StatDec at ilalagay mo dun:
1. Registration Dates
2. Date of Exit
3. state na since expired na license mo MOH cannot issue you a COGS.

May tanong po uli ako about sa passport entries. Kailangan po ba lahat ng pages ng passport na may entry ang ipa-notarize or yung first page lang ng passport with the personal information?Marami pong salamat.

@nanurze Sa AHPRA yung passport details page lang...pero eventually kakailanganin mo rin yung ibang pages para sa visa application as proof of travel.
