ako po oct 4 nakareeive for 489(family sponsored) pero naexpired po sakin ng dec 3. 65pointers ako after resubmit ng dec4 till now wala pa invite. hopefully sa 1st round ngaung July na inexpect ko ay july 4 pero mukhang next week pa magsisimula hehe. all the best for us po

@argelflores Hi sir... Have you update your total Points? as per DHA and other state sponsor the minimum score starting July 2018 is 65 points.

Minimum points
Visa 189=65
Visa 489 55+10 (regional and Family)=65
Visa 190 60+5( State sponsor) =65

@argelflores yup...not valid na yun po. If u only have total of 60points as u have mention then ur EOI is not valid anymore to apply for visa 189,190. Cheers

@argelflores pag 190 example isa 60pts na kau including SS points ngaung July rounds ndi na po icoconsider siya for ITA. meron po ako 190 since sep 2016 pero aun since ndi ako makapagtake PTE ndi ako eligible na to receive invi. ung 489 na lang pag asa ko dahil 65pts po ako dun. all the best for us po

@argelflores 1st degree cousin po ba? bale sa eoi po via family sponsor po ang gawin niong pagapply tapos if not mistaken 1st cousin po ung ilalagay nio. pagka makareceive na ponlau bale ng ita aside sa form 80 meron po fifilupan si sponsor na form 1277 po at more on documents from the sponsor ang ipprovide like nso, pr or citizenship, bills at iba pang evidenciary documents na magpapatunay na magpinsan kau

hi po.. question lang sa situation namin regarding EOI. sa employment history, ni-leave ko pong blank yung "Date to" kasi yun yung current employer ko then nag-resign na po ako dun. do i need to update ba?

@argelflores actually nakaagent din ako pero ung binigay ko lang na documents ng sponsor isa na dun ung form 1277. tapos nso nya, bills na pangalan ni sponsor nakalagay, medicare, pr/citizenship cert. yan mga essential docs na kinolekta ko plus ung form 80 na finilupan oo na. invited na kasi ako last oct 4 naexpired lang hehe

Hello po...ask ko lng po lahat po b ng documents na ipapasa sa kanila kailangan nakanotary at red ribbon po?ask ko n din po anu mga kailangan iprepare na documents before EOI at anu po yung pwede for partner skills na documents...maraming salamat po

@gandara hullo gandara, no need for notarization and red ribbon kung colored copies, you just need to scan them.

Also for documents, needed and skills assessment before lodging your EOI.

Possible documents to be lodged for visa application (collate these even before EOI for faster processing assuming you have high points for 189 [75-80] points):

Personal Identity:
-passport
-birth certificate
-other ids if needed

Skills Assessment:
- by Vetassess or any other skills assessing body

Education
-Transcripts and diplomas

Job Documents:
- CV
- Certificate of Employment (in format containing hours of work a week, position, job description, duration of employment, salary, working full-time or part-time)
- payslips, at least 1-2 a year
- ITRs, SSS payments

Language Proficiency::
- Results of language exam (ielts, toefl, pte, etc)

Character Check:
- police certificates where you currently live and:
if you have lived in a country for more than 6 months

To follow na yung health declaration because I think you need the HAP ID first (possible only upon payment of visa.)

For partner skills, i think you might need to have your partner skills assessed by an accredited assessing body and have her language proficiency tested.

@batman Ok lang po ba kung yung date of employment sa EOI ko ay sinunod sa employment dates na naka-indicate sa skills assessment? Kahit nagwowork pa din po kasi ako sa current employer ko, finill upan ko pa din yung "Date to" field according sa date sa skills assessment ko. Need ko po ba alisin? Or okay lang?

Salamat po. Yun pa din po current employer ko kaya inalis ko na lang yung 'Date to'. Wala naman po sya impact sa DOE ng points ko diba? I mean wala po ba sya magiging impact sa possible date ng invitation ko kahit in-update ko uli yung EOI?

@heero_yuy51 thanks sir sa advise, tanung ko lang din po, naglodge ako ng application ko for skills assessment sa engrs australia under fast track services last june 28, until now queued for assessment, tanong ko lang po sana mga ilan days average para makreceive ng outcome letter? TIA
