  Hello, yes ma-clear ka after you've worked the same amount of time you enjoyed your shcolarship. You can get a passport anytime though, kahit hindi pa tapos yung obligation mo. But you cannot fly out unless you post a bond I think

  August 23, 2017 - Invite
  September 25, 2017 - Direct Grant

  November 5, 2017 - BIG MOVE
  December 4 , 2017 - Start work (for me)
  January 15, 2017 - Start work for hubby

  November 2018 - Bought our first home

  thanks for the info, if short-term training needed din po b bond before mrelease clearance from DoST?
