@joy.0491 for 189 alam ko walang show money na kailangan. Pero to prove the de facto relationship madaming evidence na kailangan, pwedeng isa doon is a bank cert for a joint bank account. Walang minimum amount needed for that pero kung mas mataas laman at mapapakita niyong nagiipon talaga kayong partner stronger evidence yun na itatake into consideration ng CO pag nag review ng case niyo.

@joy.0491 For 189 sa pagkakaalam ko rin wala pero for me mas okay na rin na mag prepare ng significant figure in your joint bank account because we'll never know in the future, it might be required. For 190, so far sa Victoria pa lang yung nasearch ko, it should be 35,000 AUD if you have one dependent (with the current conversion that's around 1,311,560.19
PHP). I got it from this info from this link: https://liveinmelbourne.vic.gov.au/migrate/skilled-migration-visas/skilled-nominated-visa-subclass-190. I also attached a screenshot for your reference.

Ako naman yung may question. hehe! Which documents po ba ang kailangan i-CTC or notarized aside from Passport, COE, Degree Certificate, Transcript of Records, Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate? Yung ACS and PTE results po ba kailangan din?

Hi @anastasia.salvador if working pa rin sa same company yung superior, I guess no need for Statutory Declaration if pwede naman sya makagawa or mag release ng COE with the company letterhead that includes your duties and responsibilities. Need lang ang Statutory Declaration if walang makakapagbigay ng COE with the company letterhead.

If currently waiting for visa 189 grant, pwede bang mag-travel pa Oz as tourist? I read somewhere kasi na di yata pwede habang wala pang result?

And if an Oz based employer offer sponsorship while waiting for 189 grant, maari po ba yun or merong negative implications yun sa visa application??

@auyeah hi po! Bali po ung COE ko kasi hindi po detailed ayaw po magrelease ng admin/hr ng may job details. Balak ko po yung JD ko papirmahan sa dati ko pong manager pero dun pa rin naman po siya nagwowork. Paano po kaya maganda gawin?

@anastasia.salvador Ask her if she can make the document like that of a Professional Reference/Recommendation format to include details of your Job Description and printed in the company's letterhead.

Hello, we made a mistake in answering ‘My Health Declarations.’ My answers were saved under my husband’s name (Primary Applicant). When printing the Referral Letter that’s when we learned there was a mistake. We have already filled out ‘Notification of incorrect answer’. Can we ask whats the next step? may naka experience na ba ng ganun? Thank you so much.

@adrbleaisa Kung hindi pa naman po nakapagpa-medical, actually you can create another Health Declaration and delete the erroneous one. No need for the notification of incorrect answer.

@adrbleaisa if you don’t mind anong field ang may error na info? if isa lang, pede yan ipa correct sa clinic.
if you choose na mag ulitan, just remove the submitted application. the new submission will create a new set of hap ids. I suggest you do the medicals first before visa lodging.

@anotherhopeful regarding travellig to oz while waiting for the grant - what stage ka na sa process?

And if employer offered sponsorship - technically while waiting for 189 result, pwede naman yun. Though, i have a lot of friends and colleagues who wanted to have 189, so they prefer and wait for 189 instead of being tied up with the company.. but it all depends on your circumstances..

@anotherhopeful you just need to notify your case officer re your trip. With regards to work sponsorship, realistically it would be unlikely to get sponsored at this stage especially when employers know you’ve got an application lodged already. I suggest you just wait, be patient with the results rather than complicate things further. Good luck.

@anastasia.salvador Since doon pa rin nag wowork yung manager mo, baka pwede mo sya iask to use the company letterhead for your employment reference. In that case, hindi mo na need gumawa pa ng Statutory Declaration. Meron ka ng 2 COE or Employment Reference, one from HR and one from your manager with your detailed job description. Usually ginagamit lang ang Statutory Declaration kapag hindi pwede gumamit ng company letterhead for example, yung signatory like the manager has already left the company or the company no longer exists and other reasons. Pero if you can secure a reference in a company letterhead, the better.

@anastasia.salvador For EA assessment? Parang ganto din ata sitwasyon ko dati, ang meron lang ako is generic COE. Ang ginawa ko po ay ako mismo gumawa ng JD ko, then ang dating ng JD ko is parang reference letter from my previous manager. Then, dun po mismo sa letter nag copy lang ako sa google ng logo ng previous employer ko then nilagay ko yung address. Pinapirmahan ko nalang dun sa dati kong manager. Positive naman ang outcome ng assessment ko.
