@Alexia yes everything is free. You just come in, pop the baby, and out you go. Bkit ka pa ggastos. And public hospitals here are as well-equipped as other private hospitals. So the money you save instead of paying a private insurance would go to more essentials at home.

@Alexia we are preparing the documents na, para next month when we hit the two-year mark, complete na supporting docs. I suggest you save your money for something else, as there is not much difference between public hospital and private. You get the same level of care, and hospital staff are equally competent.

@Alexia I had the same apprehensions before, kasi the first time I had a baby in Manila, I gave birth in Makati Med. When I got pregnant again a few months after we migrated here, I wanted to be in a private hospital. But friends convinced me that it would be a waste of money. So ginawa ko was to ring a public hospital and requested for a tour of the maternity block and paediatrics ward. It is well-equipped, clean. You can choose your own birthing room, you can even do a water birth kasi some birthing rooms have that facility.

@st0rm tama ka postponed na nga. dumaan na april 17. wala naman pinagbago process sa immi website. hinde pa ako nagbayad. mas gusto kasi namin pulidosat hinde rushed yung visa application. ok lang madelay ng ilang linggo or buwan man kesa madeny. buti na lang di natuloy changes kaya di na kami naghahabol sa oras sa pag-ipon ng requirements.

Medicals: April 2018
Cenomar & police clearance request from previous work abroad: August 2018
requested for advisory of marriages cert and latest NBI clearance : January 2019

can anyone relate with our case? Its been 1 year and 5 months (17months) to this day wala pren advice from CO since last jan 2019 nag request cla for AOM cert and nbi. I know its dragging hirap maging away sa partner ;- ( please share your experience it helps alot knowing may kasama nag hihintay. we are under licensed migration agent so hindi nmen freely ma email by ourselves ang CO nmen. hoping for response people ;- )

@Richardson hi! Welcome to the thread.
Kailngan ko din ng kadamay kasi kami nman partner ko it’s been 14 months since applying. Nag expire na medical last March 16 pero waley pa din.. Ganun din samen ang CO naka 3 requests ng additional info the last one was February pa.. then nung eksaktong one year ang application nag email na application is in progress..mag eexpire n din ang passport kaya nag renew na kmi just to be sure.. sobrang tagal nga nauna pa ang later sten ang lodge.. mayron ngang nung October 2018 lng na grant n last month.

Pag offshore yata sabay sa Manila embassy nag process tagal kasi napakdaming naka pending dun. Sa ibang thread mabilis at madalas ang grant ng mga nag lodge sa other countries like Canada at UK.. kawawa tlga tayong considered ba high-risk country..

Hi Guys,

Nag lodge kami PV application May 2018 and til now Received Status pa din. December nag medical na si husband so decision ready na yung application namin. Yung processing time na nasa Immi Account is 15months na ngayon sa Partner Visa.

We applied for his Tourist Visa pansamantala while waiting and by God's grace na grant na so he would be here sa Oz this week. We are praying na by July or before matapos 3 months tourist visa niya they will tell us na me Partner visa grant na siya.

Regarding sa waiting period natin who lodged offshore.. kapag sa Manila ang process mahaba waiting period dahil sa dami ng visa applications compared sa other countries. I heard na if for this year na meet na nila ang quota sa visa then sa sunod na year na ulit ang grant. That means on onwards kasi dito and end of year is June 30 and not December 31. So expect na maraming grants from July onwards kasi mabibigyan ang Pinas ng alloted slots para sa visa grants.

I heard, the mere fact na received pa din ang status or tahimik sila for a long time and not asking for additional documents.. meaning okay na yung documents (sana). They are just waiting for visa slots to open para ma grant mga Partner Visa's natin. Kaya we keep praying and our hope is in our God. Kasi He will not allow for every husband and wife na magkalayo, pero while we are waiting... we wait joyfully and full of hope. God bless!

I went to Australia in Feb 2019 on a visitor visa for 3 months and got married there. Now we're back to waiting and hoping that we'll get the grant soon. Btw, we have a migrant agent to help us through out this whole process.

Plano ko din pong mag apply si mister ng tourist visa kahit 1 month lang para kasama sa birthday ko early next month.
Ano po bang tourist VISA name ang gagamitin po ba? Akala ko po na di pwedeng mag apply ng another visa while you have an off shore application? Salamat po.

You can apply for a tourist visa 600 while on a pv309/100 visa. I got my tourist visa for 3 months.

Plus you've got to inform the department that you're in Aus once you arrived. I hope that helps

@cherew how did you inform the department pala? Do you have their email address where we can inform them about the tourist visa and when hubby is here? No emails nor updates kasi kami na receive since lodgement. Thank you in advance
