Hello good day po sa lahat. Tanong lang po ako sa nakakaalam, na grant na po kasi visa namin at initial entry namin ay August 15,2019. Okay lang po ba na mag first entry kami ng family ko before August 15 then uwi after 1 week? Then big move na lang by january next year kasi tatapusin pa sana ng hubby ko contract nya sa Saudi. Wala po bang magiging problema sa immigration if uuwi kami after 1 week sa August? Thank you in advance.

Dito sa Vic, around $80 for a 3yr license and 270+ for 10yrs. Might be a bit different sa ibang states, check mo lang yung rates sa website ng respective state road/traffic authority > @jayson17 said:

Hi @jaf19f base sa exp namin, nag initial entry kami nung April tas a week after, nag NZ kami, tas nag entry ulit to AU for 3 days, tas uwi ulit to SG. BM namin sa August So i think wala problema as long as maka punta kayo ng AU before the dates na sinabi ng immig na dapat mag entry na kayo.

Nung first job niyo dito sa AU, nag-depend lang din ba kayo sa i-nnominate ng employer niyo para sa Superannuation?

@yosh10 hello! Any state pa rin po ba kahit Subclass 190 victoria visa namin? okay lang po ba na khit sa Sydney na lang kami mag first entry? May kakilala kasi sana kami doon. Thank you!

Thank you for responding @agentKams. I saw there are plenty of options, which do you think is the most ideal/recommendable to choose? I think pede din daw mag-switch eventually.

Another question po. May AAP International Driving permit po ako expiring May 2020. 6 months ko lang din po ba pede magamit sa Victoria un? or as long as the permit is valid? Sabi po kasi sa Victoria, 6 months for "overseas license", not sure if the same rules apply for International Driving permit.

Hello po last minute question. May available po ba na Tanduay Rhum sa Duty free ng domestic airports like Sunshine Coast? Better po ba if sa Sydney Airport bumili tapos dala ko siya sa connecting flight? Is it still considered duty free?

Pagibig lang ang pwedeng mawithdraw. Punta ka lang sa pagibig and request for consolidation and withdrawal. Yung SSS mo, if may pending kang loan, kelangan mo bayaran ng kumpleto. SSS, wala kang makukuwa dun.

Hi Guys!

Finally booked our flight to Melb for my BM and yung IE nung mag ina ko. Question is, is it possible to rent a place na without having a job? Let's say 3 months lang? Or talagang ang option ko is to rent an airbnb since, as I have read here, mahihirapan ako maghanap ng rental without having a job?

regarding sa question mo baka may chance ka to rent a room pero pag entire home baka mahirap.
if ikaw palang while looking for a job, shared space nalang sa airbnb (may mga nakita ako)
try mo mga nakapost sa fb page na Pinoys in melbourne yata yun
