@agentKams dati po meron technician sa 189 pero for the past 5 years nawala na. Na notice siguro nila na easy way out sya kya tinanggal nila. Nasa 190 na lang po ang technician.

Pag 189 mag apply need po mag exam pra maging scientist.

i see, thanks for the info. clarify lang, kasi you mentioned above na pwede sila magclaim ng partner points kahit technician iyong assessed sa partner. i thought dapat nasa same sila ng occupation list to claim the points?

Hope this helps.

Eto po email ni AIMS sakin nung 1 yr 8 mos ako nagpaassess. Hehe.
“After completing a total of 2 years of approved postgraduate professional experience in a diagnostic medical laboratory, you may provide certified proof of this experience and you will be reassessed to determine your eligibility to sit the AIMS Professional Examination.”

And as per sa website nila:
Applicants who have an acceptable science degree (equivalent to Australian Qualifications Framework level 7 or 8) and two years post graduate professional experience (or equivalent part-time) in a diagnostic medical laboratory within the five year period immediately prior to applying for assessment will usually be assessed as eligible to sit the Examination.

Given na 2 yrs pataas yung experience sir, or pagpart time ka naman, may computation sila nun kung ano ang equivalent na mos/yrs na experience mo nun. Kasi kung under 2 yrs ka, maaassess ka as MLT. Di ka pwede magsit nung exam kasi need nila min 2 yrs and work experience. Sayang assessment if ang target mo eh pang MLS talaga

    Hi,
Ask ko lang if required po talaga magprovide nito - "syllabus/unit description issued by the institution of all relevant subjects undertaken as part of your tertiary qualification (a certified copy is not required of your syllabus/unit descriptions)."??
    Thanks a lot!

Depends in you po, pero hindi ako nagprovide nyan. Pero nake sure to follow lahat ng requirements ng aims to be eligible to take the exam. Like most of us here that’s outside Pinas, make time to gather all the necessary docs or let somebody do for you. Goodluck sa process.

Hi. Though I'm still new in the process, I think it would be hard to find a job and enter Australia without AIMS and IELTS. Those two are essential prior entering the country.
